on Saturday, 27 november 2021, for coffee and lunch. we have used two of our free coffee vouchers on the caffe nero. we were pleasantly surprised to know that we could have big drinks with the goods. we also had a panini and a toastia and a disc of bananas and nutcakes to share. the food and the drinks were great. there was a young lady who was super efficient and looked after all customers very well. there was a big waiting queue and she was polite with customers and resolved to ask and ask before location and with a smile at every time. super helpful and an absolute good for the load and caffe nero. superb service for such a small load! coffee was good as always, friendly staff, small business, but many sitting opportunities also at lunchtime! eating arrived torten hot without being burned (unbrained foods can be a speciality in some shops.) nero should be proud of their employees in this business, they are nothing short of phenomenal.
it is her classic nero, good coffee, beautiful selection of cakes. there are two flats, the first with the counter with sitting on the side and the second is down, that is also where they find the toilets. I only saw a worker when I was there, not sure how it is when it gets busy. beautiful central location.

What did Nero do to their coffee lately? It was so bitter. The service was extremely slow, with the Deliveroo driver getting priority over everyone else. The porridge was watery and thin, not even Oliver Twist would have bothered asking for more.
good location. small in the ground floor, but there is also a cellar additional seating space. friendly staff, but coffee was too bitter for me. a sweet muffin helped a bit to balance the taste.
The staff are a credit to this Nero's, I can't remember her name but the young student with the amazing color hair is so knowledgeable and hard working!!
Very busy not a big shop but had a few vegan options. The woman serving deserves a pay rise, she was rushing around but very efficient and still smiling.

The coffee and toastie excellent. Service was good not very busy. Not a customer of cafe Nero at all but did enjoy the coffee.
