Caffe Nero,westfield,shopping Centre

Caffè Nero at 11:30 am on a Monday was perfect, the atmosphere was relaxed, ambience great for a short break and variety of food perfect. The two staff members were really polite, well presented and mannerly. There was a slight glitch in payment which they realised after, but they were really relaxed about it and asked me not to worry and enjoy the coffee , then we could sort it out. The sandwich mozzarella and tomato was perfectly toasted, not too hot or cold, allowing one to bite in in hunger without disappointment. Side salad not bad, maybe a little stronger flavour. Perfect price £2 Espresso never disappoints here.

We have just spent two days near this cafe and went in twice, coffee, tea and food great BUT the toilet, there is only one for all the adults and children that come into this cafe and it was so ooo unclean very rusty handrail, but the floor is meant to be white tiles but they are so dirty soon you soon won’t be able to tell what colour they are. Next door are the public toilets use them much cleaner you know they get cleaned regularly

This place offers the perfect cup of coffee with different blends and a vast choice for a great eat . The seating is relaxing in the midst of the busy mall with milling crowds . The convenience of location in itself is an answer for easy access . The price for food and the coffee is close to anywhere charged in market not accesive .

Given its location the cafe is always very busy. The staff are still able to make good coffee which is great. The cleaning gets neglected at busy times which is more a reflection of corporate staffing policies rather than the staff at the cafe.

Nice stop before braving the tube into the city. Good coffee and good service but can be difficult to get a seat at busy times. There is loads of space but seem to be few tables and chairs sometimes.
