This building used to publish newspapers. The newspaper company was Amherstburg Echo and it was a weekly newspaper business.I think it is really neat that now a café sits in the same place.I love the atmosphere here. It 's very cute and chill.They have beautiful desserts especially the cookies! For Pride Month they had four small rainbow cookies that spelt Love . Which is great!I thought the decor they have was lovely and added to the cozy and again, cute vibe.The people working there are super sweet I found and I enjoyed coming here.Wheelchair accessibility: Since there is multiple steps to go up. Wheelchairs cannot enter this building.

Food is ok but coffee is bad. I mean bad to a point where you could get better coffee at a local SB. I feel that in the past year or so the place has gained traction and they are not able to keep up. The food quality has gone downhill and the service is abominable. The staff walks around with a question mark on their faces ?I used to love their cakes and now they are like eating chalk. Th chocolate cake was so dry that I kept half of it to use as a dehumidifier in the winter ?

I have visited this charming cafe in the heart of Amherstburg about 30 times, and each visit has been a pleasure. The service is exceptional, even when the place gets incredibly busy on weekends. I've never been let down by the food either—the quiche is amazing, and the Creme Brulee Cookies are a must-try!

Very pleasant experience! Staff was friendly and patient, not just us but all the guests. Seating arrangements (inside) are comfy and not too crowded, limited outside patio seating is there for those who enjoy the outdoors experience!

I love the huge variety of drinks and baked goods, especially because they're all so unique! There's such creativity behind the menu, and you can't easily get these anywhere else. Beautiful seating area, too.

Such a gem in southwestern Onatrio. The place is beautifully decorated, the sweets are impeccable, and the level of customer service and friendliness can no longer be found elsewhere.

Nice place to go through. Along the river front in a tidy brick building! Has a sweet retro vibe. Open in the evening, which is a bonus!

This is an excellent spot for dessert! The service was fantastic, and I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be returning.
