We came in at 8:10 PM. We requested from the hostess to be seated at the bar, and she signaled us to put our names within the tablet for the waitlist. She told us the wait time was approximately 15-20 minutes. But she did not ask us for our names. We had two people ahead of us. We waited 40 minutes and then came inside to be seated. The hostess then proceeded to make us wait another 20 minutes while she bussed the table for us. Amazingly wonderful experienceMy God-Sister and I went for a late dinnerThe moment we walked in we felt welcomed the waitress was very informativeI looked around at the ppl eating and noticed a guy and his family enjoying a lobster boil…….We decided to get what they were having….And what a good choice we made, we had lobster boil, corn, eggs, sausage, linguine /Cheesy garlic bread it was so so good and it wasn’t too hot and spicy because I can’t do a lot of hot/spicy. Good afternoon.. my name is I’m inquiring about a refund for a deposit I put down for a bday party Aug 13th at your oakbrook location that I called Jennifer yesterday to CANCEL. She told me via text that it would be a credit to the store and not a cash refund. This was not discussed at all during the planning of this bday. This place customer service is garbage! I went there 3x and both times the hostesses have been extremely rude for no reason. I am a big foodie but I hate to come back here just because of the customer service. They don't care because their tip is guaranteed and forced on your bill. Customer service shouldn't be poor just because you get tipped regardless. Management needs to look into this. I won't be surprised if other people complain of the same issue.

My son and I went for his birthday dinner. We get the bill and they add a service charge to the bottom that was not a tip we were told. We tipped the waitress $30 for a $126 food bill and they added a $20 service fee. Nowhere did they tell you this before you orderedFood: 4/5
