Our server was so friendly and prompt! But we felt like the food was over priced. I ordered the peel and eat shrimp and it was okay. I’ve lived in the area for many years and although the shrimp was a great size, it was not flavorful like other gulf shrimp I’ve had. Soda machine is good bc my Coke Zero was the bomb. Fries were nice and crispy! My family enjoyed the catfish and ahi tuna very much! Po boys were big and filling too from what they said. We just weren’t impressed because the prices did not match the quality.
Will not recommend this place. Local BOI I understand stand prices are up everywhere. $29.99 for Flounder dinner included “1” fillet on bed of rice, 4 small stalks asparagus with 2 mini hush puppies. We had to order a side salad (not fresh) $8.99 If we had gone to Salt Grass in Galveston as we have before, we would have gotten a grilled Red snapper 1 1/2 fillet, salad, side all the bread we wanted for $24.99. DO THE MATH….
Chris was our server! He is AMAZING! He knew the menu backward forward. It was almost like a book to him. All the questions, all the choices he offered without us having to ask! He was extremely attentive and excellent service! Kept checking back with us on everything! This is rare!! GIVE HIM A BIG RAISE AND MAYBE A PROMOTION IF HE WANTS IT!! We are from North Dallas!
I'm going to give this place a 10! Like... our waiter's name was Abraham, and he was ABSOLUTELY awesome! He was thoughtful, aware, polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. The food was DELICIOUS, and the shrimp tasted so fresh! When we visit Galveston, this will be my go-to. Let me not forget! The restaurant was very clean, which I appreciate.

Seafood platter was $39.99 but was only 4 pieces of shrimp and a small filet of catfish plus sides of rice and veggies that were NOT included for an extra $6. Overpriced and not worth it.disappointed. I will never visit the place again.
Overpriced. Tea costs $4. A burger costs $15 and a slice of cheese will cost you three dollars. Side orders are extra. They have a fish sandwich, which is made with catfish and costs $19.
Trash, food is trash , service is trash and management is trash. Been here three times and feel like I have wasted my hard earned money every time . They give Galveston a bad name,
Service was good. Food was good. The price vs the servings was NOT good. $40 for 4 itty bitty shrimp and 2 pieces of less average size catfish…this does NOT includes any sides.

Man this place is very expensive and the food quality is not great. $167 dinner for 4 (with a 20% tip). We wont be back.
