Without a shadow of a doubt Cala Bona is lovely. Its bang on the seafront with lots of bars and cafes, mainly catering for the English. As warm and beautiful as it may be, I have to add a caveat. Half the audience of Coronation...Street and Emmerdale Farm descend on the place and that includes heavily tattooed bear swilling types. So it’s not a really smart resort, it’s ok, but that’s about it. If you like going to John and Jane’s bar where half a chicken and chips are served, then that’s fine. It’s not quite Cleepthorpes in the Mediterranean, but not far off. The smart part of Mallorca is on the south side of the island.
Solíamos venir a comer aquí muchas veces antes. Solían servir patatas fritas caseras deliciosas en esta bonita y acogedora clobige house. Un amigo después de Cala Bona, le prometí las mejores patatas fritas de Mallorca. Desafortunadamente, esta vez nos sirvieron comida mediocre y barata. Nos trajeron un sándwich de queso y cebolla procesado y sin sabor. Todo fue muy decepcionante y una lástima que hayan bajado sus estándares. La ubicación es preciosa, pero no volvería a comer aquí.
coffee tomorrow. After we were looking for a few days after a coffee on the big morning, we stopped in the hotel cala bona bar and cafeteria. we had a cappuccino and black america for total with great look and fantastic coffee. while we are here. looted in the menu and eating also looked good. we went past a few nights and they have good live music and it was pretty busy. tic far outside to help with social disparation. would be highly recommended for all meal requirements.
we visited here most morning for a coffee or smoothie, we are also for lunch and a glass of wine in the evening. the location is so beautiful and peaceful and the service and quality fantastic. we really want them to have served meals this evening, as this was by far our favourite place to sit and watch people. the restaurant is very clean with handsanitiser at all doors, including the toilets. thanks to the staff that we feel so welcome.

We spend most afternoons here having lunch and a few drinks. Great location, good value drinks (excellent measures) food and snacks. All the staff here are so efficient friendly and polite. Alberth in particular has a great personality, remembers everyone and is always smiling. We...also come here in the evening as they have some fantastic entertainment here too.
Back in cala bona and as usual stopped at the cafeteria for a drink or coffee, Late in the season and not as busy as last time. A great location to sit and watch the world go by the staff work very hard and great...service. coffee in the bar is as good as ever and if back will return. Back home and cant believe how cold it is back in Scotland.
A picturesque setting of the port with superb cuisine to tickle your tastebuds. Clean and friendly with excellent service. A large menu for both a small quick meal to a full dinner.
Excelente lugar para tomar café. Grandes girasoles de helado. Solo sirven a los no residentes hasta la hora del almuerzo. Excelente ubicación con vistas al puerto deportivo.

Stopped off here for ice creams back from the town twice. The ice creams were so nice and a good size and not badly priced.
