Cala di Mare is in dire need of a competent chef.Here is a very attractive venue with a welcoming staff, providing fair service with a great Jazz duo adding to the ambience only to be dis-illusioned by the food itself.Tasteless,is the only word that comes to mind.We chose Cala di Mare because we were fans of the Musicians,but we will never dine there again.
I selected this restaurant according to the name because my wife likes sea food... however, as a steak lover, my Rib eye steak was superb. great atmosphere, friendly owner and free parking in the heart of the town, made our outing a very pleasant experience. well done Roberto.
roberto and chef edward have a new entree as special and it was fantastic! branzino baked in parchment paper with mushes, muscheln and sweet was delicious! I hope it will be a supplement to the menu.
