FYI: the name of the restaurant is misleading. They do not serve Mediterranean food. I thought that was what I was getting. The girls and I got together and went to this restaurant. When we arrived I noticed it was inside of a hotel. We walked in, to see tables set in what seems like a lobby area with a piano player. We went to the hostess and she sat us in the restaurant area by the kitchen. Jocelyn was our server and she was nice but she was very rushed for some reason. She seemed easily overwhelmed. This place is ok , I probably wouldn’t go back. It’s missing that wow factor to the food. I had a salmon in vodka sauce. The dish itself seems like i can make it at home out of a can and throw some prepackaged salmon slices. Not what I would expect from a restaurant with these prices . The place itself looks nice , it does need some up keeping. Especially in the back outside area . I would recommend a different place especially for the money your going to waste here. Not saying the for is bad , but definitely not priced accordingly.
Me and my friend went there on Tuesday August 9th at 3:40pm. I noticed right away how beautiful this place was, I really enjoy all the food that we ordered but I wasn’t thrilled with the way this younger bartender treated me and my friend…attitude was giving us right away. We never got boxes to take left overs with us even that we asked twice. I will give it another try though because my friend told me that when she went there previously service was fantastic and there was a life music.
I ate here today with 2 friends and it was excellent! Our server Elias, the owner of all the other helpful employees were very attentive and has nothing to do with it than we stayed longer than a typical turnaround for a table to chat up. We had drinks (love the Gurke martini! apps, entrees (all was great! Dessert (a must! We cannot wait to go back and not only to experience the excellent food, but the attentive really friendly service again!

The Carlandra's Mediterranean Grill is located in the Hampton Inn and Suites Fairfield. I ordered the pappardelle vodka. The vodka sauce was excellent. Beautiful smooth cream with a balance of taste. The noodles were excellent. The grape tomatoes were boiled, still preserved their strength and were very tasteful The dish was very tasty and pleasant. I want to order from this restaurant again.
This place on the way to PA and it had good reviews so we stopped. Didn't know it was in a hotel. It's a beautiful restaurant! Beautifully decorated! Very clean. The food was wonderful! All staff were very friendly!! I had the Melanzana Fritta and my father had the Pollo Milanese. Very delicious! Would you come back if we were in the area?
We went to the Mediterranean grill in hopes to find some Mediterranean food but I ended up having creamy mushroom gnocchi and my husband has the lobster ravioli. The ravioli was amazing but the gnocchi could use some work. The bread is as good as always. The desserts were amazing too. Would definitely go back for dessert
Beautiful setting and all the items we ordered tasted really good. Service staff were a little rushed but friendly and professional. Taking 1 star mostly because the name says Calandra Mediterranean Grill but this is clearly Italian Cuisine, so if you are craving Mediterranean food, this is not the place.

Great experience! Renovation looks beautiful. The food was fantastic. The best of all... we weren't rushed and could fully enjoy our dinner and drinks without feelings, so they can have a table envelope. Go back soon to try some things we saw on the menu that caught our eye.
