first, the place doesn't look so much. a typical two-star hotel restaurant overlooking the main square of lacaune. we only thought of a drink and found the dinner menu very appealing, so we stayed to eat. we were not disappointed! the best restaurant food I've eaten for a long time. unpretentious, classic fön with some innovative dralls. well balanced flavors and high quality products. for the starter: a fantastic combination of bounty apples and foie grass in perfect connection. that is the heaven. for the main course: sourris d’agneau, juicy and perfectly coked and served with a funny type of peeled tomato somehow dehydrated on the outside but almost raw inside, very fine taste. my dessert...

we hardly knew that the place was open until we were spinning through the window and saw the people in it. the menu was typical French in the did typical tarn. I had the trip and my wife had the fish, the food came through in a few minutes and was hot pierced. I'm not so sharp on the trip, but when it was lacaune, I thought I'd let it go. aeroplanes reserved for one night in this hotel. small but very clean room. during this exceptional period of particle, air conditioning would have been appreciated. small flat for toilets because the grinding sani makes a lot of noise. On the noon, we had lunch on the spot. a real treat including for the eyes. Super well presented plates! I recommend the hamburger! A great pauline bravo, the young woman who served us. She was able to answer all our questions about the compositon of the dishes and was very professional in her service and with the smile! a hearty breakfast with local dishes and all homemade. Thanks also to the boss for her availability and kindness throughout this short stay.

there for lunch on the way to our gite, the portions are quite large and the kitchen is quite heavy from nature, but everything is very tasty and the local ingredients are of fantastic quality (the owner will give them quite happy about them. different types of cows that they can find in the opposite). it was a bit outside the season, so the place was far full, but all in all a very pleasant lunch. we had only two courses (mainly dessert) if they order a starter, I would recommend to get some light or forget. lately arrived at the restaurant, a very good welcome, the caesar salad I ordered was copyy and of quality. the setting is really nice, it is the restaurant where I stop when I'm passing by to the lacaune, well removed from the road so quiet, with a beautiful clear view. We spent a weekend. the owners of this hotel were very welcoming and friendly. they advise us on the activities to be done in the village. we spent a very good time in the garden at the pool edge you can go the eyes closed.
