When we arrived at the restaurant, we were ignored at the reception, so I had to go to a waiter to be led to a reserved table. The cutlery was served in a bowl that was not complete. The wine was not given to us as usual. The quality of the food was pretty good what we liked. However, it was very loud what was somewhat exhausting, as you had to speak extremely loud to understand. In the end, it was said that the card payment was not possible to go to the bank. The bill was calculated so that what was wrong overall and we didn't get an invoice. Very bad! Since we were there before the pandemic of the Öfteren and had another experience, we were very disappointed.
The Caldero is located in a cellar vault with clinker stone atmospherically very impressive, but thus naturally unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility. We had reserved and were also quickly led by the friendly staff to our high table. A little place on the table, but very cozy. Our tappas for 2 people just fit, but they were super delicious. The half hour waiting period, to which the service drew attention, was very well appreciated and with drinks, bread and dip we were able to bridge the time well. Overall a very nice evening with super delicious food, I can only recommend it urgently!
Unfortunately, the menu has not been picked up any main dishes! Just as the quality of the tapas has unfortunately been greatly neglected... on demand it was said: we have a new chef....but why this, for example, cannot prepare gambas in Aioli or Pimento's cartridge, both can be almost raw and without roasting staroms... I don't understand! The Falafel on the Vegatarian Tapas plate were like saws.... Actually very bad because it has always been very delicious in CALDERO for years :
Despite booking no table for 3 persons.Stuhl had to be picked up by guest!For drinks wait 40 minutes!No particularly friendly service, no carefree staff. The main supplement was missing when ordering food, and was then ordered extra, lasted 20 minutes! One time and never again. Are really disappointed! It wasn't even said kindly by the staff. In general, we did not feel good and not very welcome.

The ambience is great as the rooms are good and cozy. The food is top, delicious and the portions are large enough. The price performance fits all. One or the other should be taken into account, because that was simply too expensive for the amount, but delicious.
We were there for the first time. The ambience and decor, was tasteful. Especially the service was very friendly and competent. A small note, the selection of tapas in shells, could be somewhat larger. Otherwise, the tapas were very delicious. We'll be back.
Each table is occupied on a Saturday, thereby very high noise levels. Food came after an hour, normal at the weekend. Was served hot and tasted very delicious.
Some food burned, no card payment possible, unexplainably very reduced card....schade
