I'm celiac, so when I inquired about the fryer, I was advised that they have a separate fryer for gluten-free items. I ordered the schnitzel and chips, and it was absolutely delicious. There are many gluten-free options on the menu, and the staff had a great understanding of celiac disease.
I often dine at Caledonian, and I always enjoy the delicious food and extensive menu options. The meals are consistently beautiful, and the staff is incredibly friendly!
