Cali Burrito Mexican Grill

I really wish I could give them a great review but the rudeness from the girl working behind the counter tonight was so awful we won’t ever be back. I ordered a burrito (without pico) then changed my order instead to a taco (without pico). She didn’t change it I ended up with the burrito which would have been understandable since I did change my order but the burrito had pico! When I brought it to the girls attention I said all I really want is a taco to be made how I ordered it but she became extremely rude. She told me it was my mistake my problem. The disrespect was unbelievable. I asked her to at least throw the burrito away for me since I wasn’t going to eat it she said no you can do it yourself the trash can it right behind me (literally a foot behind her) so I had to walk BEHIND the counter to throw it away. If there hadn’t been people in line behind me I would have just left it. Shame on Cali Burrito for hiring such rude employees. We won’t be back or to any of their other restaurants.

A real California Burrito is Carne Asada charred nicely, crispy FRENCH FRIES and cheddar cheese. Bottom line. It’s up to you if you want guacamole, pico or crema. My guess is the owner of this place has never been to California let alone San Diego where California burritos were invented and perfected. This restaurant wouldn’t last a week in socal. DONT CALL IT A CALIFORNIA BURRITO IF ITS NOT A CALIFORNIA BURRITO!!!! Don’t get me started on the usage of “Mexican blend” cheese on the tacosffs Edit: 1. No you don’t 2. No you didn’t
