You order from the app, but the service was there to assist and get you anything you needed. Our Service person (She i apologize, I forgot her name was very helpful and very nice. We ordered pork ribs (good , pull pork (good , brisket (okay tasted more like a roast beef, not a smoked brisket... jusy my opinion , wedding beans (good , coleslaw (okay missing seasoning but the jalapeñobbq sauce worked great with it , Mac salad (okay missing seasoning but the jalapeñobbq sauce worked great with it , half chicken (good , onion rings (good , seasoned fries (good , jalapeño bbq sauce (went well with all above, no kick to it though for being jalapeño but tasted good . I'll go back again for some bbq...
It's an okay BBQ spot. I do want to go back and try a few different things since I've heard so much about this place being great, but not everyone has the same palate, so this may just not be a spot for me. Not saying the food was bad, just not really to my liking. The BBQ sauce that came with the tri-tip sandwich has some interesting ingredients added to it that give it a very different flavor profile from other sauces I've had. It's one of the things that didn't fit my palate well, so I should have asked if they had other sauces. The fries were good, and so was the service whenever we needed something.
We strongly suggest trying this BBQ experience! This local BBQ restaurant is a must-visit. We ordered the Tailgater, which came with a variety of meats and sides including ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken, tri tip, rib tips, beans, mac n cheese, coleslaw, potato salad, and jalapeño cheddar cornbread. We ordered online for pick up and it was ready in just 20 minutes. Every single item was incredibly tasty. Be sure to ask for their Jalapeño BBQ sauce, it's amazing.
update 03/19/2022 we went there the second time for a takeout online order, I loved the little stickers that put them on any box so we know what is in every box! eating was as good as the first time and they came fast, but the kornbrot was put in a pfeffer bag and some of them were crushed

4 and a half stars because service was a bit lacking. We ordered take out, picked up our order, but had to wait while they answered the phone, and passed out another delivery order before we could cash out.
The BBQ at this restaurant is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The customer service is exceptional, and there is both indoor and outdoor seating available.
Fantastic food. Family of 4 and we tried everything from ribs, rib meat plate, brisket, and wings. Prepared quickly and tasted great.
We highly recommend this BBQ experience!! We ordered the tailgater. Everything was amazing and delicious.
