I had the pleasure of dining at California Fish Grill recently, and I must say, the Atlantic salmon was absolutely delicious! It was cooked to perfection and had a wonderful flavor. The staff was also amicable and accommodating, providing a great dining experience. I recommend trying California Fish Grill if you're in the area and looking for some delicious seafood options. On a positive note, this location has ample seating both inside and outside, and the staff at the counter were friendly. However, I’m uncertain about returning to CFG, as it seems their overall quality is declining, not just at this location. I hope they can make some improvements in the future. As for parking, the restaurant is situated in a busy shopping center, which makes finding a spot quite challenging.
My sister and I visited this restaurant for lunch and ordered the plant-based grilled shrimp plate. It was absolutely delicious! I felt compelled to share my experience because of the amazing service we received from Seymour. He was incredibly friendly and brought such positive energy to our meal! He truly made our day. I hope the management knows just how fortunate they are to have such a fantastic employee.
I had lunch and stayed for an early dinner. For lunch, the grilled food was excellent! But the fried dishes in the afternoon were awful. The calamari was rubbery and resembled fried Fritos, while the fried shrimp was mostly breading with very little meat. The fried fish and chips were over-battered (see photo). I love the food here! My favourite is the Swai/White fish and the Brussel sprouts. I'm not crazy about the ordering system, but the food is great! I recommend this place!
