My sister and I were in the northwest area of town and decided to try California Fish Grill. We wish we would have found them sooner! The food was amazing! We ordered the battered fish taco plate and the grilled shrimp taco plate. The battered fish was crispy and light; the grilled shrimp were perfectly seasoned and delicious! We live in Green Valley. Please hurry up and open a location in the Henderson/Green Valley area!!
I stopped by for a quick meal after seeing the positive Google reviews. Wow! It was delicious! We ordered the dynamite shrimp bowl for ourselves and shared an appetizer of Brussels sprouts. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, the seasoning was fantastic, and the portions were quite generous. It was a Friday night, so the place was a bit crowded and noisy, but that’s to be expected given how great the food is.
This place is really good for seafood to go. We ordered fish and chips with a coconut shrimp and grilled shrimp add on. The shrimp was marinated and grilled perfectly. It was a huge portion of fish and the fries remind me of my favorite fries at McMenamins in Oregon. The clam chowder was surprisingly delicious and got better with every bite! We will definitely be going back soon.
I've never had a disappointing meal at California Fish Grill; they consistently offer an extraordinary culinary experience. Each time I've visited, the appealing presentation and enticing aromas have captivated me so much that I completely forgot to take a photo. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. However….You have a touchscreen to order. I filled my own drink, and I went up and got my own food when my order was ready. I bussed my own table. Who TF are you asking for a tip for ON THE TOUCHSCREEN ORDER MACHINE no less.Is this the California part of CFG? I left there for a reason.
I absolutely loved my experience here! I went for both lunch and dinner in the same day, and now it’s a family favorite. Keyvon was fantastic; he helped me choose my meal when I was unsure about the sauce and sides, and he nailed it with everything!

"You have to visit this place! The fish and chips were incredibly crispy and delicious. The tartar sauce complemented them perfectly, and they also offer malt vinegar. It can get busy, but we stopped by for an afternoon snack and didn’t have to wait at all. It’s easily shareable for a light meal."

"Service was great, cleanliness was bad the floors were very greasy. The bathrooms where not clean. But the food was good. Open later than most other Korean BBQ and had sushi so that's a plus. The cost was a little pricey but, reasonable considering the amount of appetizers."
