I had a really disappointing experience ordering takeout in Laguna Niguel. Unfortunately, the restaurants here just don’t meet expectations. I've lived in other nearby cities with great food, but the options here have been disappointing. Tonight's order was particularly awful—the food was not fresh at all and seemed stale, like it had been sitting out for days. My pizza didn't even have any chicken on it, just four pieces of something unappetizing. It feels like the restaurants are struggling, and I’d advise anyone to think twice before ordering here. It's a real letdown, and I hope I don’t end up feeling sick from it. Overall, it feels like a rip-off.
I've been a long-time fan of CPK, but I have been somewhat disappointed in recent years. However, my most recent meal was excellent. Everything was the best version I've had in years. The KUNG PAO SPAGHETTI with chicken and THE ORIGINAL BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA, both longtime favorites, were better than ever, and the new shaking beef with noodles was spectacular. They've always had my favorite CLASSIC CAESAR salad. Great job, Laguna Niguel CPK!!!
I was very disappointed with my recent experience at the restaurant. The Thai salad had soggy lettuce and mushy zucchini strips, and there were only three tiny pieces of chicken. Additionally, they forgot the wonton strips! This is not the usual quality I expect from CPK.
Food is wrong smaller size not cooked right missing ingredients stale and completely burned inedible . Looks nothing like the real cpk dishes . Unacceptable in person and through delivery. Not worth trying again from door dash This particular location

They gave me plain unsalted over cooked noodles without tomato sauce combined and took a dollop of old chunks of meat bolognese different temperatures on top no tomato sauce no mushrooms small portion nothing sauce in the noodles horrible
