California Pizza Kitchen Burbank Priority Seating

Cane here for my father in laws' birthday and this place did not disappoint. Friday nite, party of 6, and staff was able to seat us roughly 15-20 minutes after entering. Alec immediately took our drinks and starters and those showed up in a timely manner. I ordered the shrimp scampi and its pretty good for a chain style sit down restaurant, plenty of flavor and they definitely did not skip out on the shrimp! Give em' a try, you wont be disappointed

Amazing customer service by Vlad at the bar. I am a hiring manager. Would definitely give this person a job. Efficient, friendly, attentive, sense of urgency and aware of each person he was serving. Has potential will definitely come back to offer a job. This is why my rating overallnis a 5.

The food was delicious and our server was great! Everything was great until the manager took 9 of our promo cards into the back, and came back with 8. It dampened our experience to have someone steal from us. (Sure, it could have been 10%, but that also could have been the cash card)

I ordered pasta with chicken and found the pasta to be overcooked and the chicken to be tough to eat. The highlight of the experience was our server, who took good care of us. However, the state of the bathroom was unpleasant when I went to wash my hands.

Our waiter was super friendly, the food was prepared in a timely manner and was delicious as always. Cpk Burbank never disappoints. The Carne Asada Pizza Chicken Tequila Fettuccine are my go-tos !!
