Sliced meats veggies are cooked at the table in this fun and interactive dining experience.I had the pleasure of dining at California Shabu Shabu recently and I was blown away by the food and service. The atmosphere is very modern and stylish, with bright colors and fun artwork on the walls. Always a great experience here. The food is super delicious and we would always visit this place when we are in Irvine. The kobe beef is sooo good and tender that it melts in your mouth. The prime rib eye is also good. I think the 13oz is just enough if you are hungry. Parking is limited so plan ahead or go early.
