I’ve gotta be honest: I have no idea how this place is still open. When I visited today, the entire front window was boarded up (accident? and I had to enter via a side door which felt sketchy AF. Once inside, the place looks more run down than ever, to the point that I was just waiting for a rodent to run across the floor. Tables and chairs were piled against the front door and window, essentially making it nearly impossible to eat in. And why would you? The lighting is dim, the tables and chairs weren’t clean, the drink and sauce station looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The service somehow was worse: I stood at the counter for nearly 5 mins before my order was taken: the worke...
I typically NEVER write reviews so take this as you will. I needed a quick bite since I was in a rush and didn’t want fast food— more so something healthy. I looked up this menu and it “looked” good. Wow was I wrong and in regret. The food was extremely terrible to the point I genuinely feel sick right now. The forks were dirty, the place was dirty and unwelcoming. If I went and got fast food it would have been a better choice. After I got home the terribleness seemed familiar. I ordered this place a year or two ago from doordash and ALSO felt sick and couldn’t eat it. I just didn’t remember the store’s name or else I would’ve avoided it. Now I’m here feeling sick typing this all over again....
I've been coming to this location for many years. Food is of good quality. The only downside is the parking situation can be quite crowded at peak times...but this goes for every business in the shopping center so not stars off for CaliforniaTortilla. There is some additional parking in the back which may give you a little more breathing room if you don't likecramming in with a ton of other people. Fast service here and I've never had an issue with food quality.
We made a random stop on the way home from VA and found this place. It was a surprise fresh ingredients and delicious food! My husband and his friends had so much fun with the whole wall of spicy sauces. The only down side was they were under renovation and the whole environment was not pleasant to dine in.

The fajita veggies in my salad today were, without a doubt, the BEST grilled vegetables I've ever had at this or any California Tortilla. A big shout-out to whoever prepared my DoorDash order; I wish you could be the one every time I order from there. The queso was spot on, as always.
Fast service, good food in a good location. One thing to note is that spicy food here is barely spicy if you like spicy food you might want to ask for extra spice. Other than that, had a great experience here!
Terrible service and incredibly dirty. Girl who took the order was on the phone at the same time got our order wrong, then proceeded to slam things in the kitchen because she had to remake the order.
Worst food experience in years. Fish tacos too too old, we couldn't have a second bite (this is how bad it was). Not sure when the fish was prepared or cooked.
