The service here was amazing. We walked 30 mins in the rain to get to the pub. They kindly opened early for us so that we could get some cover from the down pour! We were only meant to stay for a drink but the hosts were so lovely that we decided to book for 14 people to eat lunch there the next day. The food, service and atmosphere was superb. Thank you for having us and for being so accommodating, we very much enjoyed. Oh and thanks again for lending us a couple of board games ; Until next time! The Barnett’s, Morrisons and Howard x

This is the best pub food I've ever experienced! I highly recommend it, and the prices are very reasonable. It's definitely worth a visit. We will certainly be returning. Price per person: £20–30. Simply outstanding. Very welcoming, even took pity on 14 of us as it rained outside before opening time. Returned for a Sunday Roast which was amazing. A kids corner of toys, baby changing facilities, good selection of drinks, great food and very accommodating and friendly staff. Thank you Calley Arms. Food was delicious, thoroughly enjoyed our sunday roast. The only thing I would say would be that there was far to much veg. They brought out enough veg for 3 or 4 people and there was only us two. Having frequented this beyond 5 pub you won't find a better place. Fantastic atmosphere, fantastic staff and food even a king would find hard to fault. I would it your walking shoes on, get your dog and bask in its glory. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
