First off, fantastic service and atmosphere. The staff here were extremely attentive and pleasant. My wife and I had the mussels and oyster as an app. Oysters were on point and the vinaigrette they offer is absolutely delicious. Mussels: the broth was absolutely delicious but the mussels were overcooked, would suggest the chefs open up the mussels in a pan with the broth instead of stewing them. My wife’s bolognese was as traditional and delicious as it gets, straight from Nonna’s kitchen! I was in deep regret after tasting that when I was enjoying my entree. I ordered the CAPESANTE ALLA GIOVANNI and was a bit disappointed. The dish was deconstructed (not sure if that’s the right description...
I must say this is a fantastic place for either lunch or dinner up on the Hill. I go when my other favorite place is closed next door. This is a class act and the food is outstanding. They have valet parking and I love the veal here. The veal Parm is truly great. The pasta is really good and the Gravy is fantastic. The service has always been good. I now live in Florida and no Italian places even the good ones are no match for the Hill. I tell them fly to RI and get lessons from the chefs who really know Italian.food
While in Providence for two days we came to Camille's to enjoy a very good meal. The dining area is elegant with some old world qualities. Service (by Jason) was of very high quality. The wine selection is extensive, with some high quality wines. The food was well prepared and very good. Note that you will pay for this quality. We recommend this restaurant for a fine dining experience.
Dan was an absolutely excellent waiter, took great care of us and didn’t rush us! The food was phenomenal and it’s a fancy, upscale environment. Definitely will be returning, thanks again for a great evening Dan!

Delious plates and studious staff are surrounded by intricate designs. It is one of the best places on the hill. Their fruit de mer is one of my favorites.
