Great wine selection, delicious salads and appetizers. We’ve tried the Caesar salad and mussels. Crème brûlée is heavenly. Main entrees were very disappointing, the scallops and lamb shank. Sunday brunch was really nice, fun and great food options. The tacos and steak and eggs were great. Bartender also made a mimosa with a nice ratio. Service is always helpful and friendly. Scallops were cold and bland, risotto was average, giant chunks of bacon were a little overwhelming. Lamb shank was okay, sides it came with were a little basic for the price. Felt like we could have gotten the same lamb at much cheaper places. Main entrees are definitely not worth the price, we’ve had a better time when...
As for the food—it was terrible. The other guests at our table, who were strangers to us, felt the same way. We were served cheap wine, and the event took place in a tent where bugs were everywhere. I accidentally inhaled a gnat, and my husband was stung by a wasp. While the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, this experience has deterred me from ever returning to this restaurant. We were celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary and spent $170 for two people, which felt like a total rip-off. The ribeye steak, was absolutely beyond belief scrumptious!!! So was both apple sauce and asparagus. Parking: Beautiful green lawn and trees surrounding parking lot. The bartenders were busy working hard, and I was impressed by their efforts to assist everyone. They were very apologetic about the delays in their credit card system, but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. In fact, no one around seemed to mind once they saw how dedicated they were to keeping things moving. Kudos to the staff for an amazing event with an excellent turnout! My husband and I had a wonderful dinner. Erika provided fantastic service! The filet mignon cooked blue/rare and the scallops were both delicious. I do expect better coffee at this caliber, but that's just a minor issue. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely return!
