Top hotel. Everything was perfect. From the welcome by Morgane, the receptionist who made my check in to the morning buffet, passing through the room, with irreproachable cleanliness. Note a very good quality bedding, which is not nothing after making the road. In short, a very well-kept hotel, and a more than perfect atmosphere maintained by the director of the establishment that could make us believe that we are in southern Italy. Bravissimo!
The price quality ratio is not terrible and the service not very professional, forget to bring us our apéro, no waterpichet, complicated to manage at the same time, reservations, service in kitchen, bar... Thanks to the cook who took care of us.
Good value for money. Our room was very clean and our requests were respected. The layout is simple but quite suitable, comfortable beds. Small plus for staff: smiling reception, very pleasant.

forget what they say about the Duomo, this is the Best view in Florence! Yes it's a long hike up the steps, but it's totally worth it!
