the room we were given was good, clean and functional. we asked for a cot that was without a price. Baby slept well. pets are allowed with a fee of 5€, but we did not bring our dog this time, maybe next time. the personal was very professional and friendly. the only thing I didn't like was the entry. it wasn't clearly displayed. the front entrance looks like a rear entrance with unsightly bins. there was a tor that was locked. it would have been nice to have written instructions on a sign or by email with the confirmation of the reservation. we thought the breakfast was a bit expensive for us, as we usually have a light breakfast. there was no ac, but we got a fan. the room was very warm during the heat wave. I recommend and will probably use it again.

I used their website to reserve my room and the website didn't input the dates right. I called the place immediately to report the mistake and have the date changed, but they refused to change the date or refund the money. I called several times and the manager refused to remedy the problem. Not acceptable!!!

the menu has not been updated. bad communication skills in English. I ordered a steak that was not the kind I ordered and very low quality. bad wine selection. price was just okay.
