I used to love going in here but The guy that works there has developed a serious attitude problem with his customers. The sandwich I bought made me instantly gag as I was eating it... Wished I had puked on his doorstep to give him it back. I dont know how a sandwich can give you the boke whilst eating it but the chicken was clearly off... there was something rancid about it... Wont be using this place again. Even if it was just a one off incident...
We first came accross Candy's last year while staying in Johnshaven and have come back again this year really just for Candy's. If I had to eat at one place for the rest of my days Candy's would be it! I have just had hot roast beef, onion gravy with cheese. Omg deelish. Such a friendly bunch to. It's a must if in Montrose.
Fresh, tasty and great value sandwiches salads etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. The salad boxes are amazing and the portions of food are very generous. I went here a couple of times on my recent visit to Scotland and wasn't disappointing at all. I'd recommend it to anyone travelling through Montrose.
Candy’s is very popular for locals as well as visitors to Montrose, as they have a great range of sandwiches and fillings. In addition the tray bakes are excellent and very tasty. Furthermore, the staff are very helpful and the food is very good value. Reserva una mesa ahora
Really good sandwiches etc wide choice of fillings, best shop for getting a tasty sandwich take-a-way lunch around. only disappointment is that staff are often grumpy and the shop closes around 2pm which is not ideal if running late for lunch
Whenever we order a sandwich, wrap, or any food from Candy's, it never fails to impress. The thick, hearty bread, fresh ingredients, and welcoming service make this spot a must-visit. I highly recommend trying the sweet chilli chicken.
Got a baked potato today! I have to say it was cooked to perfection and it was huge. The team are very friendly and the food is always amazing. Don't forget to try the coleslaw!
