Oh those flash fried Maitake mushrooms...and then Gyoza filled with foie gras. The eggplant and tomato salad with katsuo boshi and a julienne of hearts of palm was outstanding. And even better were the mains--A special tomahawk tonkatsu kurobuta pork chop was unctuous and tender--one of the tastiest pieces of pork I 've ever had. My wife had the beef tenderloin and we shared a small 1 oz (thanks chef! of wagyu rib eye. Which as Mike Myers ' channeling Barbara Streisand was want to say like Buttah . The cherry on the sundae was Mango pudding.

the food was delicious; in any case recommend the blacksmith and garlic fried rice. beautiful location and beautiful ambiente.
