Cantina Louie (ponte Vedra, Fl)

Service was awful! I have been to many of their locations. This is by far their worst! We waited forever for our food. Our appetizer of corn tasted like they warmed it up in the microwave (warm plastic taste). All the service staff were walking around eating food! They should have taken their food break else where. Especially when we waited way longer. Our server kept coming half way to our table and would turn back around. We had to keep asking for our refills even though she could see we needed one. Food was also not so great. They also removed ceviche from their menu (main reason we came). Needless to say we won't be eating at their restaurant's anymore!

My friend and I have been to this location multiple different times. However, it is safe to say this will be our last time going. My friend who is about to turn 22 received disgusting hospitality from a server and the bald manager. We ordered margaritas like we do every time and she got denied and was asked to show another form of identification. Yeah, let me pull out my birth certificate that I have on hand. What a joke. The

Ordered to go few times, asking to put foil or parchment paper on bottom of container for hot food, every time telling me this is exactly how they do it. But they never do it. Container got melted, it’s not safe to eat. What is the problem?

One of the better bar and restaurants in the area. The place is spacious and the Baja Chicken salad was sumptuous.Food: 5/5

So far so good.. the environment is awesome.. bartenders are cool as the other side of the pillow.. I really enjoyed
