Cantina Osteria Friulana

on recommendation from friends we visited two of this Friulian ristorant and it was absolutely rewarded. the device is cozy, authentic and without unnecessary buckling. with tingling prosecco from the barrel we started the culinary journey in the south. as starter we ordered antipasti plate, prosciutto san daniele and burrata (ultimative cow milk mozzarella from apulia.) as main dishes we chose wild boarragout in refosco (friulan red wine) with polenta as well as filled teig bags with green spargel. as a conclusion we enjoyed panna cotta with strawberry cream and cannoli (fried teigrolle.) filled with top cream, besides the exceptionally delicate eating I also want to mention the extensive w...

the cantina is the proof that you can give a chance to things you don't order. all that is so good, tastes! the very small card offers some unusual (kalbsvogerl, ...) and it has always been worth something to trust. we had care, because our children are not so flexible, but the very attentive findy service always conjures something from the kitchen and has converted the children to some. the antipasti, nothing else I like to eat, are gorgeous. the wine selection top. nothing tastes like a refrigerator or somehow fad. do not miss the prosecco from the barrel and beating bayonet have it very good here too. in the position a small, an oasis.

the card is very small and very special. it is not possible to order a small deviation from the card (I just wanted another nudel variant- no orchiette.) one of the two service employees was superb and by no means customer oriented. his colleague has at least tried to be friendly. the eating was average, the gas is not a coenig- pity here, fortunately there are many other good Italian locals.

this restaurant could be just as good in an Italian city, where also locals like to eat again and again. the chef cooks personal, the very nice service acts on us as if it is also part of the large family. authentic, tasteful a dream that wee very good to fair trips. if you really want to complain, it's the hard meat of the menu - on the other hand - that's just in the friaul! Kommen Sie immer wieder in dieses Top-Restaurant! Das Menü bietet jede Woche Abwechslung, die Gerichte sowie der Wein sind immer ausgezeichnet! we enjoyed our meal very much we sat outside on the undercover area we had an artichoke salad to begin that was simply good the pasta with mushrooms was excellent and the salad with goat cheese was delicious the waiters were both very helpful and nice and really helped us with the menu because the menu is not in English
