Toscana - Reserva de mesa

what happened to the cantina toscana? yesterday after a longer break we were back to dinner in the cantina and unfortunately it was a total fall. the risotto was tasteless, watery and boiled. after we made the waiter aware of it he reacted somewhat unwrought but offered instead a mixed salad. the salat that then came was unfortunately even worse: brown edges, white leaves and simply not fresh. we showed the brown salad leaves to the waiter. unfortunately he reacted very unprofessionally and insulted us. after that we were no longer served and after paying (of course, the risotto was calculated on the bill) also not passed. that has fallen from the windows when eating gradually the Christmas...

we were with the previous owners. We have now given the new occupation a 2nd chance. the good way forward, eating has remained quite similar and the prices are fair. the service was rather slow and subcooled. from the beautiful Italian ambiente was destroyed by other chairs/tables and details (welcome flowers on the tables, flush deko.) and personal without any reference to italia. very pity about the formerly wonderful Italian oasis in the middle of therwil.

Das Restaurant heisst nun Restaurant Shahin . Der neue Besitzer, Herr Shahin Kaya, ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, selten so etwas freundliches erlebt!Auch das Team ist freundlich und das Essen ist sehr gut. Ich war schon öfter da, auch nur zum etwas Trinken. Das Restaurant verfügt über einen Gartensitzplatz.Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Atmosphäre war sehr gemütlich und das Lokal war sauber. Die Speisen waren frisch und schmeckten sehr gut. : Hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit von Shahin (Herr Kaya . I am still thrilled by the idea with the piece of bark on the hot stone. for this, nice and pommes are offered, which is exactly right from the portion. the owner is very attentive and friendly. our stay was really great and we like to come back.

Candles on tables are missing f. Cozy atmosphere. Round tables in the hall, red and white, are distracting and don't fit in with the rest. Otherwise very friendly staff and good cuisine
