1st star Pace of play is great. Groups allow to skip often, spaced out well. Staff friendly as well 2nd star Course Layout. fun challenging. Ton of blind tee shots and a lot of hilly sloped terrain left to right, and vice versa. Good features too. Almost every green is guarded with bunkers or water. Love that. BUT. for $80 prime time Nah. This is a $45 55 course max. Condition is ****. tee boxes are either diseased or weathered beyond repair? Fairways are about 60% good condition. Maybe. I attached pictures. Greens Front are inconsistent to the back. Front bumpy, but rolled slow. Back Fast as all hell. Cement play (and it 's never a warm day when we play) Whoever the greenskeeper is fill you...

No ambassador on course for at least the front 9 EVEN after I called (Chrissy) at the 7th tee to identify a serious backup of golfers waiting to tee off. Went in to the pro shop and Reagan offered me a $4 credit. 18 is $47 and the issues brought up were legitimate and not dealt with and unfortunately the course management (Reagan followed course policy as Jim the manager did not return Reagan's text/call) while I was in the pro shop). I play this course about 2-3x month. A 6 hour round on a Thursday morning with great weather is unacceptable, especially with Marshall out helping to improve pace of play. Instead of taking an embarrassing $4 credit I feel that a Yelp review was on order. I kno...
The course itself is decent, but the service from some of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. I paid $36 to play 18 holes, and my group had the last tee time of the day. Unfortunately, a young employee from the pro shop joined behind us and was visibly frustrated by our pace. What he didn’t seem to understand was that the course was playing slowly, and it typically takes around three hours for the front nine. He approached us in an unnecessarily rude manner. Additionally, when we stopped for food at the turn, the staff appeared indifferent about serving us. For the price I paid, the course is just average, and the poor service guarantees that I won’t be returning.
The best round of golf I have experienced in 2023! The staff in the pro shop, the marshal (John) is one of the happiest, helpful and just overall a great Marshall! He even gave us a brief history of the course as we waited a short time at the tee box. Checked on us as we enjoyed our round. Just awesomeness A special shout out to Nadia (cart girl) we missed grabbing our pre ordered FRIES on the turn from 9 to 10. She went back and brought them to us. That is customer service. My friends, that came into town to golf at Canyon Lakes Golf Course would agree, you rock. Thank you for the hospitality Reserva una mesa ahora
I just attempted to book a round for Saturday, and I couldn't believe it—they're now charging $93! This is absolutely ridiculous, considering the course is only worth about $70 at best. The condition of the course certainly doesn't justify the price. What on earth are they thinking? Honestly, I'd rather pay an additional $15 and play at Bridges instead. It looks like I'll be looking for a more reasonably priced golf course that offers rates that match the actual conditions.
There was a children’s soccer team having lunch in the dining room behind the reception area and we were seated by the partition. Noisy. Noticed a bigger dining area behind the partition where maybe the soccer team should have had their lunch ?? I had the carnitas tacos with dry crunchy ends. Please keep the meat in au jus so it’s not so dry. We want to come back and try other items on the menu
we went there on Valentine's Day. platz was badly visited. no wonder we found a reservation at 18:45 am! the dates were moderate. the only good product I enjoyed was the beerbatter mushrooms. the adorable and the salate I could not eat, they bred to the house and later tormented. I gave two stars because the server was beautiful and the cocktails were in order.
If you don't mind extremely slow play, this place is for you. It seems they don’t care about how many people are on the course. Expect to wait at every hole; it took us three hours to play just the front nine. Reserva una mesa ahora
Too many tee times, Took our group 3 hours to play 9 holes last Saturday April 6th. Had to wait every hole.
