Cape Comorin South Indian Restaurant

We have been going to this restaurant regularly for quite a while now, and am never disappointed. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the food is always tasty.The menu contains well-known Indian favourites, as well as a range of dosai as another option. I favour vegetable dishes, and aloo gobi is a definite favourite, but the dahl is also very good as is the vegetable korma.My husband likes his meat, and the lamb dishes and beef madras are always good choices.I highly recommend this restaurant, and love that it is licensed as well as BYO.

it was the worst dosa I have ever tasted ... tasted because I just cudnt eat it after the first bite ... they just dont know how to make dosa ... oil was floating over water in sambhar, no idea wat the chutney was made of ... dosa was so thick and weird in taste. Moreover they served nothing with their plain dosa ... no chutney, no sambhar

We ate here recently using the Entertainment book. The service was very attentive and friendly. 4 of us shared 2 of the very good dosa's and 3 curries with naan bread. The servings were generous and very tasty. it's BYO wine which also helps.I recommend this restaurant without hesitation

I used to be a local in this restaurant, but the menu had to change as it was quite bland. at my last visit I complained about how my beef vindaloo was contaminated, that they tried to fix it by salting the food. I was pretty... open when I was there for a while. Reserva una mesa ahora

Cape Comoran has become a regular favourite of ours. The food is very good, service is friendly and relaxed (sometimes a little slow). Don't be put off by the decor which is a bit tired. Sit outside weather permitting which is private and pleasant.

Wonderful dosa. Light, tasty, crispy edges, great sauces. The nasala dosa is brilliant and the keema dosa a dream. We ordered takeaway for a family dinner last night and everyone raved about them.

Lamb korma was excellent, exceptional service, lovely fresh naan bread. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. They happily served our table of 9 with ease. Thanks for the great night.

We visit there regularly and the food is always fresh and full of flavour. Beware of Saturday nights when they can get busy and the service slows done somewhat.

Tasty masala dosas and friendly helpful staff. Very obliging if you ask for things...they'd made a chilli naan which wasn't on the menu.
