C'Aphrodite - Reserva de mesa

Been coming here on and off for about the last 15+ years, but not been so often recently. It used to be good with a great Greek family who ran it and served good basic Greek food. Always been a bit pricey as its in the Cremorne Orpheum cinema enclave, but not unexpectedly so. Yesterday, it seemed that there were new people in charge and we were very disappointed in the quality of the food. The mezethes were OK, nice Tzatziki, taramasalata, melitzanosalata with olives and pita. My Kotopita (chicken pie) was very stodgy, tasted almost like potato, seemed to have very little filo top or bottom and looked like a chunk of mass produced stuff that had been cut from a big block and microwaved to ma...

Going to the theatre for special screening otherwise I'm not usually on this side of Sydney. We were walking along looking for a restaurant and came across this little gem. My friend has the Lasagna and I Had the spinach pie they both looked good so we exchanged half/half. The food was very tasty melted in your mouth and adequate serve and was served with a Greek salad we also has a glass of wine and were very pleased with the cost very reasonable. Would definitely travel to the other side of Sydney to eat here again. It was also very reasonably priced.

Tried this place on a recent visit to the area without a real plan of where we were eating. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Service was good. Greek wine was delicious. The food is basic and although enjoyable, wasn't anywhere near the level of Greek food I have experienced in the past. Casual atmosphere. Reasonable prices.

The food is fresh, the service is good, the baked lamb is tender. The salad is basic but fresh. We enjoy coming here for a pre movie dinner knowing we will get a basic but very fresh and tasty meal that won't take too long and is very reasonably priced. Reserva una mesa ahora

Whenever I visit this restaurant, I am always greeted with a warm smile. The food and service are consistently excellent, making it the perfect spot for me to go to after watching a movie.

This family-owned restaurant is incredibly friendly. The sandwich ingredients are fresh and the prices are excellent. It's a perfect spot for a quick bite to eat.

Omg, Latino hotdog is unreal and affogatto is to die for. Great service, super friendly staff. Awesome place.
