I decided to try the experience with my 3 year old little boy, we wanted to eat there.. there is a terminal for ordering which didn't work, so I went to the cash register, and it was impossible to speak to the lady because the boss started yelling at her like a rotten fish because of her delays etc.. he really got carried away and spoke to her very badly while we were right next door... After 5 minutes of confusion I try to place an order and again the lady answers multiple calls while I'm talking to her, it was crazy... Then the boss cuts me off and comes back to confuse the lady because she didn't give the right sizes of pizza to the guys behind who are preparing them
We are regular clients and patients... For proof, I write this review after 4 orders!! And always the same problem: Where are the PIZZA INGREDIENTS?! For example: last night, we order a cap’burger. And on our pizza there is a tomato base and beef UNIQUEMENT!! I had phoned to report the same problem on a large pizza delivered... I am answered, “we don’t have this ingredient anymore”... All right! How can – we deliver such pizzas and pretend to experience and quality?! It’s just shameful!!
Sponsored 2 pizzas at the restaurant of the boulevard Roosevelt that has just opened in Mulhouse. Result: a paste not cooked enough and especially rolled and destroyed pizzas (the delivery seemed to come from a platform). No support to keep them. Level taste is more than mediocre. It had been a good time that we hadn't been disgusted after choosing a restaurant. That's something. And that's the last one in that sign.
On an order for 5 people spent the day before: 1° the bottle of lambrusco forgotten by the pounder, who had to return it after a phone call; 2° icy tea 33 cl and tropical oasis 33 cl replaced without preventing by coca cans; 3° the fudge brownie chocolate ice replaced without warning by a caramel ice cream. What do you mean?
