I had every intention of taking a photo of my order (Ground beef taco, Cheesesteak taco and raspberry chimi) but from my first bite.. I couldn’t focus on anything else and didn’t dare put my food down. I was pleasantly surprised at #1 how fresh the food was #2 how flavorful everything was. I will definitely be back. I’d also like to mention the sweet young lady that prepared my food although super busy due to the lunch rush took time to answer my questions and even gave me a bottle opener for my drink. Awesome customer service and amazing food are my love language so y’all have made me a loyal customer after one visit. Thank you soo much!
Awesome food and great staff. Extremely grateful that they were open after the storm and they all had smiles and positive attitudes and they were really patient with all of us VERY HANgRY people who had no electricity......it was actually my very 1sttime trying Capitol Tacos but it WILL NOT BE MY LAST, yesterday's experience made a lifetime customer out of me. I was alsotouched at how polite and humble and incredibly kind the staff were yesterday, they truly showed care and concern to each andevery person who entered the restaurant yesterday. Let me start by saying the food is always good. However?. I?ve visited this location approximately 4 times in the last 2 years. I would be here at least once a month or more if the cost wasn?t extremely high for the quantity of food (3 tacos, small chips and queso and a small drink was $25) . Also the restaurant is always dirty my feet literally stick to the floor as I walk to sit down. On this particular visit I sat down in the rear of the restaurant and was waiting for my food when I noticed the entire wall was crawling with ants.

Giving them one star is giving them too many if there was an option for zero that?s what it would be. I had ordered taco salads there was no lettuce in the taco salad at all hardly. The tacos Were very small they are half the size of a normal taco. Also Iwatched an employee with her hair flopping all over the food she was preparing. I spent 45 dollars on 3 tacos and 2 taco saladsthat are now in the trash!!! I would recommend taco bus next time!!!!!???????????????????????? the pictures say it all
Amazing food and fantastic staff! I’m so grateful they were open after the storm. Everyone had smiles and positive attitudes, and they were incredibly patient with us—very hungry folks who had been without power. It was my first time trying Capitol Tacos, but it definitely won’t be my last; yesterday’s experience turned me into a loyal customer. I was truly impressed by how polite, humble, and friendly the staff were. They genuinely cared about everyone who came in. Thank you so much!
The kitchen is open and clean! The staff is very friendly. If you're looking for fast food, this isn't the place for you, as everything is made to order. The fish taco (I can't remember the name) was amazing! I'll definitely be going back. Just a heads up: the soft tacos tend to get soggy if you don't eat them right away, so keep that in mind.
I have 2 western shrimp bowls like I usually, and both bowls were half the size as I do what they usually give. The bowls are $15 each! If you cut the bowls in half, you can cut the price in half.

We tried the Dallas Double Dip tacos yesterday and again today. While yesterday's tacos were delicious, today's lacked meat and cheese inside and were burnt on the outside.
Great staff and great food! Had to go back for more! Would definitely recommend if you like jazzed up Tex-Mex.
