We went to Capone last night accompanied by a friend who vanished me with the best fries he ever tasted. I have in my family the professionals of this regional culinary institution and I think I know how to recognize a good fries (not frozen, well golden to beef white, not fat). It is important to note that the result has exceeded our expectations: superbly crafted fries, accompanied by a delicious and refined homemade sauce (The mad is the name of the sauce). I'll go back without mistake as soon as I go to Arras to test the other wonders. I bought a capone to carry....very delicious this Hamburger and very copious... a mac do delight can go to get dressed... but very disappointed by the fries... colorful brown really not appetizing... otherwise I threw the 3/4 of the barquette.
By the way to Arras, we stopped at this restaurant. Warm welcome and clean terrace (very nice coffee) Quick service, warm and well presented meals, tasty and authentic fries. I recommend 200%! Thank you very much.
Copious meal, quick and smiling service, quality ingredients, everything is there. We wish this beautiful project a long life. Special mention for beef-white fries like our Belgian friends. Bravo!
