Capone's Italian Pizzaria

I took out of town guests here last week.The service was good, the place was clean, and the food was very very good. I love veal parm, can only find it with veal patty lately. Well Capones had the real veal!! It was very good!! Guest had stuffed clams and pasta with shrimp. Other guest had spaghetti and meatballs, both complimented the food! The saleds were fresh and crisp, the garlic rolls were good. I have had a fav Italian restaurant in this area for many years which I decided to drop, as quality has dropped, and it is disappointing. This little place is an excellent Italian restaurant. The pizza is great so is the brishetta, and the salad was fantastic. I had the Greek. So fresh. It's been a staple of the area for many years. They sell pizza by the slice or the entire pie. They have a famous deep dish pizza. My wife said it is fabulous but it takes about an hour to cook so you'll need the time for that experience. She said it was better than Chicago style pizza even in Chicago.

This was the first time I had a Stromboli and oh my god it was so delicious and thick, the tomato suace was on point as well . I'm definitely going to get from here again because I need to try the rest of the menu.
