Eigentlich ein schönes Lokal im Lahntal bei Ahausen. Schöner Blick auf die Lahnauen kurz vor Weilburg. Aber bei dieser Preisgestaltung sollte das Essen und der Service bedeutend besser sein. Das Spargelschnitzel war trocken, zäh und wurde in Ferighollandaise erstickt. Das Rumpsteak sollte in dieser Preisklasse nicht zu durch sein sondern wirklich rare oder medium gebraten sein. Der Salat war zwar frisch aber an dem Youghurtdressing fehlte Würze und der Balsamico war eindeutig zu viel und zu sauer. Also billig in der Herstellung und viel zu teuer auf der Karte. Für ine kurze Rast geht es gerade so aber um ein gutes Essen zu genießen ist das nicht geeignet. Ich kenne, in der Nähe, einige Bauer...
Restaurant with the possibility to sit outside and over the Lahnwiesen. We used this opportunity in beautiful weather, although it looked good in it. The menu ranges from Turkish specialities to Pizzas and Rumpsteaks. We have decided and do not regret that. The thick piece of meat was fried to the point and super sweet. Herbal butter, mushrooms and onions were very tasty, the pommes nicely crispy and the salad made crispy and delicious, around a palate. The service was very friendly and the food came quickly. Great food! The steaks are supposed to be a hammer.The boss is super nice! We stayed there two times in five days. There are Greek, Turkish food, but also good carvings. Zuvorkommende Bedienung,schönes Ambiente,sehr gutes Steak,frisches Gemüse und leckere Sossen,alles frisch.Etwas schwer zu finden in einer Seitenstraße, aber es lohnt sich.
