Capri At Miracle Springs Resort

Overall such a great experience here! We arrived a little late into the night. I recently lost my wallet sadly and with that I lost my ID but we already had the room booked and everything thankfully the two woman in the front desk helped my wife and I check in anyways! Throughout the days we were there the staff were all kind and courteous to us, we went to the spa reservation desk and the woman there were so helpful as well with all the questions we had! Josefina was hands down an all star along with the other woman with her I didn’t catch her name sadly but she worked along Josefina! During our stay at this hotel while visiting family, we had a negative experience at the pool. Someone tried to steal our floaty, so I quickly went to retrieve it. However, when I returned to my spot, the lifeguard scolded me for running, despite the circumstances. I am not one to usually write reviews, but the lifeguard's attitude prompted me to share my experience. I politely addressed her tone, only to be met with more rudeness as she questioned our room reservation. The situation escalated as she threatened to involve the manager. I had an incredible experience at this resort and will definitely return! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to escape and unwind. After a tough week at work, I spent an hour in the healing water pool under the beautiful starry skies, and it was incredibly relaxing. Thank you to the management for keeping the facilities open late! The rooms were perfect, 5/5.

The five stars here are all for Adam, the world class server in the resort's restaurant, Capri. Wait staff worldwide and in his own premises could learn so much about attentiveness, enthusiasm, consideration and friendliness from this guy.

The resort itself is fine enough. Main pool was down, and the whole place was kinda empty. The services were fantastic though. Major props to Rosalinda and Hyram for the massages!! We will be back.Rooms: 3/5
