I make a great seafood risotto, short ribs and other Italian dishes. We made reservations for 5:00 p.m. and were the only table in the restaurant so the disconnect on their end really in my opinion should not have happened. Giving a one star review, as tonight, we dined in at a restaurant totally ignoring COVID-19 guidelines. We were seating to a spacious dining room, until an hour later when every table was filled and we were closer to other diners than we have been in many months. As a reference, guidelines in NJ at the moment state that restaurants can hold guests at 50% capacity to ensue proper social distancing. If other restaurants are safely adhering to these guidelines, why shouldn't Capri? The restaurant was packed to the brim, and on top of that, not one staff member was wearing a mask. For two appetizers, four entrees, one soda, one coffee, one cappuccino, and two desserts, the bill came to $206 before tip (totaling $247 for two couples). It’s a small pizza place that tries to present itself as upscale, but it didn't quite hit the mark, especially with families dining with small children. I felt that the experience and food were only worth $140-$160 total, which would have earned it a four-star rating. If the bread hadn’t been burnt and had the right amount of butter, if a salad had come with the meal, if I had received timely drink refills, and if the coffee had arrived with dessert instead of afterward, that would have also raised my rating.
Wish could give 0 stars. Worst customer service ever. Rudest owner, had an issue with an online order and blaming us that why we ordered online. Their website directs you to slice app to place an order and was told it's our fault we placed the order through them. This was my 2nd time I tried this place and had bad experience both times. Would stay away from it, have lot of better options and good customer service in the neighborhood

For our appetizer, we chose the fried calamari, which was perfectly breaded and crispy. I ordered the margherita pizza, while my friend opted for the bianca pizza. Both were absolutely incredible! I've been to Italy and have tasted authentic Italian pizza, and I can say that this was spot on. I highly recommend supporting this wonderful place!
This was my first visit, but it certainly won't be my last! Everything was delightful, from the fresh hot antipasto to the pizza and daily specials, ending with cappuccino and crème brûlée. We were eager to try somewhere new and stumbled upon this charming family-owned Italian restaurant!
Be cautious about price gouging. I ordered the Berkshire pork chops online for $19, but at the restaurant, I was charged $28. I’m very disappointed and will definitely not be returning.

The staff and owner are fantastic. I tried the pizza egg roll, and it was delicious. The restaurant is well-appointed and extremely clean.
