Absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs. I ordered a delivery via Just Eat and was given an estimated delivery time. When that time came and went I called Caprionos to find out where my food was. The member of staff I spoke to was extremely rude, and when I asked for a refund I was told only the manager could do that and she was out on deliveries. Over an hour after the food should have been delivered it turned up. No apology and more bad attitude. I told the driver I didn’t want it now and wanted a refund. Went inside the store to order as I was hungry, nothing else came in my mind The manager attended me although I was with my pet, he allow me to go inside and order. Very polite and friendly, I had a 12 and was a nice piece. Comparing it with Dominos, I could say the only difference it makes would be the dough, not that tasty as Dominos one, but I wasn t dissapointed either. The price I paid was a fair one, didnt felt ripped off. I would try it again. I m a happy customer
Don't order from here. My pizza didn't even turn up and it ruined my night. When I tried to phone the restaurant several times there was no answer. If you look on their main Google reviews you will see most people have had the same experience. Luckily I ordered from just eat so think I managed to get a refund eventually but it still ruined my night as I was waiting for a pizza for two hours and it said the pizza was on its way the whole time.
Ordered at 18:31 it’s now 20:25.... still nothing. Rang to chase 3 times to be told it’s out for delivery on the first 2 calls, then on the 3rd they couldn’t even locate the order. Thanks for lying to me on the first 2 calls and keeping me waiting nearly 2 hours only to be told... dispute it through the Uber eats great customer service.

1, Absolutely terrible the worst pizza meal I’ve ever had in my life and cost a load of money for what it was, Wouldn’t of been as bad if it was value for money and edible but it was absolutely rank, disgusting how this company is doing business is beyond me unbelievable
Lovely pizza, great price and very tasty, I don’t do soggy food and a lot of pizzas I’ve ordered previously are soggy, this was lovely, and the delivery man was the nicest, friendliest person ever . Would definitely order from here again,
Waited for over an hour after being told the delivery would be 45 mins. Called twice and was told driver was just up the road. Food was cold! Very disappointed because their pizzas are usually the best around!
Decided to try Caprinos for a change. Pizza was ok, but I've had better elsewhere. £14 for two 9inch pizzas. Cheesy bites were £3.50 extra, they were good.

Top of the range. Simply ignore the negative reviews on here about this place. Three things spring to mind; Great value, Great food, Great service.
Excellent quality. Light but filling. Delivery prompt and perfectly executed. Will definitely be ordering again.
