The service I received was excellent, thanks to the young woman who assisted me—I even left a tip when I paid my bill. However, I found it a bit strange when, as I was about to pay, a woman whom I believe to be the owner stepped in to complete the transaction. I felt an uncomfortable vibe from her. Although she finalized my payment, I noticed she didn't put my tip in the tip jar, nor did she give it to the young lady who had helped me. It left me wondering if the young woman received her tip. Also, I have to say that the sandwiches aren't as good as they used to be.

Chicken Cheesesteak was great!!! Didn't go for the Bobbie, we got a simple turkey sandwhich instead and it was delicious. Fresh turkey made all the difference. Reasonable prices, but shop itself needs some TLC, hard to eat there when the ceiling looks so gross. (But I'm sure most people take it and go)Parking: Part of a shopping center so plenty of spots.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They haven't had roast beef for almost two months without any explanation. The staff is rude and condescending, and I find the place to be quite dirty. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.
The first time I ordered from this location. I ordered the $20 Bobbie which had a lot of stuffing and cranberries but light on the Turkey. Next time I will stop at the Bear location and get it made like I’m use to get it.
I don't go to capriotti's as often, I don't like I can't order a ham and cheese sub online to pick up and that's it's not offered unless u know to ask.The staff was super friendly and both my subs were made perfectly.

Cheesesteaks are phenomenal, staff are very nice. I order here on the regular and only twice have I had to go back because of a mix up with toppings and they always made it right.
