Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

This was my first experience with any Capriotti 's. I was visiting family in the area and picked an order that had been phoned in. The food was good, but the surly and insolent attitude of some of the employees was what was most memorable. (Especially annoying was one young man who kept saying HUH? while smirking as he pretended not to hear me. Clearly, the concept of 'customer service ' is not a high priority here. I will not patronize this location again.

The food tastes good; both times I ordered collection or delivery, the order was wrong. In my last order, I was missing something I was accused of. I have emailed, texted and called twice to adjust the sum. I will change this part of the review if I hear back or if I am not calculated for the missing item. In my experience, at this point, the people working were very rude in my experience. For this reason, I prefer the location of the Union.

Love there, but everyone! More space for growth. Wait too long. Orders can be picked up online in 25 minutes but had to wait 45 minutes. Observed a person who left the order on the answer machine whose order was not fulfilled. had to go to the store to order, and then wait for a long time. Love this place, but frustrated with the time to process.

This is a real sandwich shop. In fact, it is one of the original Capriottis. There's a counter piece and people behind it that make sandwiches. All staff are cool and friendly. I never had a problem there and their sandwiches always at the point. Strami 4 lives.

Capriotti?s silverside has prepared us an amazing work for the UB-Tailgate against Maryland and is a tradition for the UB-Tailgates regionally all loved the sandwiches especially Bobbi thanks you the incredible fishermen's employees? S
