Wow! We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at this restaurant. The food was excellent - I had the Bobby burger and my husband had the Prime Kobe with all the toppings. Additionally, if you order the duck dish, they offer free grilled cheese for the kids which was a nice touch. The turkey sandwich tasted just like Thanksgiving leftovers, in a good way. I was initially concerned it might be the highly processed meat you find at places like Subway, but that was not the case at all. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.
I had an interesting experience at this restaurant. While waiting to place my order, I observed how a sandwich was made and was impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff member who took my order over the phone. The issue was quickly resolved and a freshly made sandwich was delivered to me promptly. Kudos to the staff for their excellent customer service. My sandwich was delicious and made just right.
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed a cold cut sandwich at this restaurant. I decided to try the Veggie-Turkey sub, which was incredibly satisfying. It's worth noting that the medium size is quite large, so keep that in mind when ordering. While they didn't have vegan cheese or mayo, the sub was so flavorful and tasty that I didn't even miss those ingredients. A must-try for sandwich lovers!
Just a heads up, I made a mistake in my previous review. The vegetarian turkey at Capriotti in Easton is not vegan. I asked an employee to check the packaging and they confirmed that it contains egg and milk. The product is Worthington Vegetarian Protein Slices Meatless Smoked Turkey. the vegan truthahn really blown my head. it really kind of freaked me out because it seemed as similar to normal truthahn (or at least as I remember truthahn.) my sub was really delicious, and the personal was friendly. but yes, vegan cheese and mayo would also be great. altogether though I really liked this place, although it is better for vegetarian than vegan.
The restaurant had a modern dining room, although the seats were not very comfortable and I had to clean my own table. The service was efficient and friendly, and the food came out quickly. I ordered the cheese steak, which was hot and served on a fresh roll. The meat was tender and clearly real steak. I will definitely return when I am in the area.
The vegan turkey was quite disappointing. It was surprisingly similar to real turkey, which freaked me out a bit. However, my sandwich was delicious and the staff was friendly. I wish they offered vegan cheese and mayonnaise. Overall, I enjoyed dining at this restaurant, but it may be more suited for vegetarians rather than vegans.
I was surprised how much I liked a cold cut. I had the Veggie-Turkey lower part (head high the medium should be a big, so order accordingly.) they had no vegan cheese or mayo, but it was such a delicious sub that I didn't need it anyway.

The restaurant is usually great, but this time the Italian sub was disappointing. It lacked pepper, crushed red pepper, mayo or oil, and only contained 3 slices of meat, all for a $15 sub.
The food at this restaurant is always amazing. I have never been disappointed. Thank you for your consistency!
