"Our first time in the PCB and our first trip to Captain Jacks. The service was fantastic, our server was super attentive and friendly. The crab legs were plentiful without waiting for a refill. The steak, salad bar, all seafood were amazing. The banana pudding was homemade and so good. I recommend that everyone who loves seafood. So worth the price."

Well I'll start off by saying the food was ok and the crab legs where good. Only thing is you half to wait in these really long line just to receive 2 leg clusters at a time and also there is not a very big selection to choose from... Pluse it is pretty expensive for 2 adults and 1 10year old and a 4year old with 4 drinks after tax was $215 and some change. And our server had came one time to refill our drinks and never one time came and took the plate of empty crab legs away. But hey I'm not knocking this place if you want all you can eat crab legs and you like to wait give them a try. But if not well this place ain't for you...
On the spring break and came to spend time with hubby and daughter in a good family restaurant, and this place had a cute atmosphere, great service and hubby was so happy to enjoy great quality of endless crab legs! I'm not a seafood eater, but the cattle patties in the Gravy were good for me with my food restrictions, and our daughter enjoyed their chicken and pumice. Would def come back if we ever made it back to the area; total 5 stars .
Not sure what reason you would come here other than to eat your weight in all you can eat crab legs. Service by Michael was impeccable. He had our table cleared off quickly, fresh napkins and trash plates replaced quickly. He was constantly refilling our drinks. The service was definitely the best service I’ve had at a Buffet. The mix of food on the menu was good! Other seafood was decent. Lots of deserts. Take a look!
Disappointed... if you don't eat the all you can eat crab legs your selection is limited. The buffet is small compared to other all you can get buffets. Chicken was dry and the fried fish was not fresh. Shrimp was rubbery with no flavor. The service was amazing but for what you pay for the buffet you definitely expect better food. Don't waste your money! The pictures are of the whole buffet...
