My wife and I wanted to eat there. The girl at the counter was too busy being on her phone when she didn't recognize us. I told her we were chasing each other. She continued to give us the menu and tell us when you get ready to the counter and order.? As soon as we order and get the food she never went to our table again. What we ever needed, we had to get up and ask for them at the switch. The girl at the counter would give us an attitude when we asked for something. The food is good, but there is no advantage of immersion.
Terrible service. I literally needed to get everything. They did not deliver aprons, gloves or spices (salt and pepper). I wanted to go to them and asked for each item. That's terrible. But the most disgusting thing the hair was in the pocket. I ate almost a shrimp with hair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PEOPK AWARE!!! Boiling Crab is much better than this one. I regret time and money there. Did not taste the food, the smell of food seemed spoiled never again.
I give a low rating because compared to other similar restaurants, this does not deserve a good rating. This applies both to the service and to the taste of the food. the food wasn't delicious. I ordered shrimps. They fell apart, the sauce seemed diluted, not delicious. Customer service is at a low level. No one came to the table, we had to go and ask each time to bring lemons, salt, aprons, gloves. I wouldn't come back here.
It was a great atmosphere food was good but the reason I rate it 4 stars is there wasn?t a waitress attending us and we had to get up and order In the front it can be pricey if you bring a family wouldn?t recommend it to anybody if there picky on the prices but will definitely be back here myself

Its an okay place. The service was slow and nonchalant. We had the pound of of shrimp with the Captain choice. All 3 sauces together it was good but the shrimp was slightly over cooked. It had a rubbery texture. The oysters did not taste fresh. One visit was enough for me.
She did not explain the order correctly. Not upset. Still enjoyed the food. But the cashier needs to understand that each piece of catfish is 4.50 and not the total of the order.
We celebrated our granddaughter's birthday by enjoying delicious king crab and shrimp, spicy gumbo, and fish and chips at the restaurant. Everything was wonderful!
Love this place! I come from LA for a few months and visit each time. They have the best garlic noodles along with their shrimps. So much taste in the food!

First time eating the food was good had the Captain's choice and the catfish can't wait to go back and try their frog legs
