The staff and manager were welcoming and accommodating. The food was enjoyable. Although I miss the Captain D's rewards program, I understand why it may no longer be available due to the economy. My parents used to frequent this restaurant on Wednesdays for the Senior Citizen meals before my dad's passing and the onset of Covid-19. Now, I use the drive-thru for my mom and I.

Wow! Great job guys. This is by far the best captain D's I've ever been to. My order was taken fast and the food came out even faster and piping hot. We came in here on a whim and left knowing we had made a great decision.

The food here is tasty and affordable. The lobster sandwiches are straightforward and yummy, but a bit on the smaller side. I recommend ordering at least two per person, or more if you're extra hungry!

The customer service was excellent, but the bathroom could use some improvements. The food was overall good, hot, and well-seasoned.
