I had a great experience. I was treated nicely by everyone especially Kena Robinson. Ms. Robinson was extremely nice and professional. She took my order and was very patient with me. While I was eating I noticed that she treated the rest of the customers nicely. I noticed that she was assisting someone with a language barrier but that did not stop her from providing a great customer service. She has great customers skills, which is why I decided to leave a nice review as she deserves.

Area manager, Dennis, reached out to me via my review of a previous bad experience. Offered free meal whenever I was ready to accept. I did on 11/2/22 4:30pm after a hectic day of appts and errands. The Manager was super nice. My catfish meal was fresh, still hot after the 4 miles home and very tasty. Sweet Tea was perfect this time too. Thank you!

Old and hard food, burnt and over priced waited over 40 minutes in drive thru lane for old food not fresh and cook was gone 2 hours while line was backed up only 1 older woman working drive thru, register, and cook by herself til I saw him randomly appear and walked in front door after I got half my order

I frequently order delivery from this location, and they never disappoint. As a fan of fish, I'm always pleased to receive my meals hot and fresh, with all the condiments and sauces included. I have nothing but praise for their service. Thank you, Captain's team!
