The Manager on Day shift the one that has different color hair and nose piercings . She is RUDE her EMPLOYEES yelling at them as soon as they walk in the door with customers in line . The poor man on the drive thru was having a hard time understanding the computer” needs more training “ the Manager told him that it wasn’t that hard to understand at all . Apparently From a managers perspective this is UNCALLED FOR . Not only this but the manager is yelling at employees in the back and the whole restaurant can hear her. Cooks in the back yelling out curse words due to messed up orders. Nasty dining room and kitchen. Not answering phone calls he was mad. Overall not a good experience and will not be back for another trip. Do better!
