BEWARE!!! Certainly NOT fast food, and wouldn 't necessarily even call it food! DO NOT ORDER THE CRAB CAKES if you dare to eat here (check out the floppy, too spicy, yet somehow simultaneously bland and dripping in grease example photo) Extremely slow service, food was cold when it finally arrived, prices are higher portions much smaller than last time we visited, multiple excuses for the various problems. We were understanding friendly about it all, but did insist on a refund for the inedible crab cakes . Still not sure that we actually received a refund. Our original credit card transaction was voided (supposedly crediting back the original amount even though it says nowhere on the receipt...

Service was horrible! Line was long, but I was last car. Still told to pull forward. Had to insist on at least being handed drinks that were right there. Not asked if needed any condiments or given time to request them. Window was immediately closed. Ordered kids meal, popcorn shrimp, with rootbeer to drink and a 2 pc catfish meal. As you can see from picture, should be considered 1 1/4 pc catfish meal. Looked as if a portion of fish fell off and not added into the to go container. French fries were cold, coleslaw was okay but not much there. My tea was fine but the rootbeer was more ice than soda. For a 8 oz ? drink there may have been 2 to 3 ounces of actual soda. all fast food places should notice the crew who works there! I get the same every time, 10 pieces of fish with a ton malt vinegar. every time made perfect. they are super friendly in the drive thru, never bark around' instead of asking them politely, do something move so that we bring it to them my eating is not greasy or overcooked, they don't cheat me and give me 9. they just do the job right and cheerfully. I was in the night and the middle of the afternoon, all the workers are amazing. I have even ordered through the door thath and expected that it is not so good, but it was! they will always get my business and praise because everyone there has amazing customer service and care about ho...

we stopped here after a long morning of the caress was blew. we have added a fish combo to share (2 pieces per,) then some garnel to it. we have all skipped drinks because they charge over $3.00 for an LG drink. that more than what a whole 2l bottle costs! the food smells so delicious as soon as we get it into the car. we couldn't stand it. I opened the box a little tartaric acid dipping floor for my man created, and we both just finished our pieces of fish when we came home.

Don't know what has happened here but the fish was not as good as it has been. We've eaten at this location several times in the past month and the fish was really good. Not soggy fish. But today's order was greasy.

they know that they get bucks of fried seafood when they go here, but they do it well and for a reasonable price. the service is fast and friendly. pay attention to the huge pothole at the end of the drive thru.

good food. eat good, but always freeze when eat in the dining room! no matter what month or in the hour always freeze. I prefer the country roasted fish baked potato with broccoli.

they tend to be out of many things, but they are a very busy situation. the personal is in the regular nice, it is clean good value. I recommend this location

they still go through hard times trying to find people working, but eating is still great, still taste great, it was hot and it wasn't very long waiting

super slow, no lobbying, forget my drink. but fish was cooked ok.
