Captain Georges Fish & Chips

We have visited several Captain George's locations in different cities, and Bowmanville is by far the best. The fish is lean and flavorful, the fries are cooked perfectly, and the salads, including the coleslaw, are always fresh and delicious. The Broken Mushroom appetizer was also a delightful and tasty treat. The restaurant is clean and follows social distancing guidelines. We will definitely be coming back again and again.

great food for great value! many rest! this place is located on hwy 2 near the only timmies. we went on Friday night and called, although we had to wait, it is even faster than tim hortons. Currently it is a person. in a time, but there was a time when there were plenty of sitting.

Best clam chowder I ever had. Fish chips always perfect. Doesn't matter if they are halibut or haddock, Always prompt courteous service.
